Who This Policy Covers

This Children's Privacy Policy applies to players and users under the age of 13 ("children") who use any Dadmode Studios product, including Evamoore and any future titles. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and governs how we collect, use, and protect information from children in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws.

What Information We Collect from Children

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services.

Parental Consent

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If our games require account creation, we implement age-screening at registration.

How We Use Children's Information

Information collected from children is used only to provide and maintain the game experience, provide technical support when requested by a parent or guardian, ensure the safety and security of our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We never use children's data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing.

Online Multiplayer & Communications

Evamoore includes online multiplayer features (lobbies of up to 16 players, parties of 4). Players are identified by username only — no real names are displayed. Parents may request that their child's account be restricted to single-player mode by emailing us.

Parental Rights — Access, Correction & Deletion

As a parent or legal guardian, you have the right to review, correct, delete, and restrict use of your child's personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us with your child's username and your relationship to the child. We will respond within 48 hours and complete all deletion requests within 5 business days.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect all user data, including children's information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Children's Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We encourage parents to review this policy periodically.
